"The changes that I have implemented as a result of this training/coaching program are being able to focus on my habitual negative thoughts and how to think about my thinking.  I am working to live in the moment.  I have been seeking to maximize each experience. I have been looking to communicate better and taking time to pause.  This has been beneficial.  Working with Amplify Empowerment has caused me to pause and be reflective about important moments in my day.  The journey is no longer about just ensuring that others are having an amplified experience, but for me to also enjoy every experience.  Life moves quickly, but I can breathe the air and soak in the moments.  The intensity of the work can be felt and celebrated.  I can look in the mirror and celebrate my growth.  This series of learning helps one to be more in-tune with thoughts and feelings.
